Important Notice
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and jomwin33 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by jomwin33, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jomwin33. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension or closure.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. jomwin33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
Jomwin33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, or other relevant documentation. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in delayed transaction processing.
A jomwin33 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. Using an account for commercial purposes, as an agent, or on behalf of another person is prohibited. jomwin33 also strictly prohibits the use of automation software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
3User Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the jomwin33 platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any activity that violates the law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or attempts to manipulate the system or game outcomes, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account. jomwin33 is not liable for any losses resulting from irresponsible use of the platform, including wagering beyond one's personal financial means. We encourage all users to set personal deposit and betting limits as a sound financial management practice.
Users also agree not to distribute offensive, obscene, or rights-infringing content through any communication channel provided by the platform. jomwin33 reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate action against the responsible account.
Payments & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the jomwin33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following terms and conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits to your jomwin33 account can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit limits are as specified in the platform's deposit section and are subject to change from time to time.
All deposits must come from a legitimate source in the registered user's own name. jomwin33 does not accept third-party deposits or payments made via methods not supported by the platform.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the chosen withdrawal method. jomwin33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the verified user. jomwin33 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.
Jomwin33 reserves the right to hold, review, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms. In such cases, the relevant account may be suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.
Any attempt to reverse a transaction through your bank (chargeback) without valid grounds will be treated as fraudulent activity and may result in permanent account closure as well as appropriate legal action.
5Liability Limits & Account Policy
The jomwin33 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. jomwin33 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, technical errors, or unexpected downtime. We will make every effort to minimise service interruptions and provide advance notice whenever scheduled maintenance is required.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, jomwin33 and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activity, technical disruptions, or actions of third parties.
Account Suspension & Closure
Jomwin33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud, system manipulation, or illegal activity
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual
- Unauthorised chargeback requests through financial institutions
- Account inactive beyond the period specified in the platform policy
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the jomwin33 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of jomwin33 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jomwin33.
The jomwin33 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational convenience. jomwin33 does not control, take responsibility for, or provide any warranty regarding the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Jomwin33 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the jomwin33 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
